The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and
supervision necessary for HVAC and related services at all LHA buildings as directed. The Contractor shall be expected to perform routing and emergency HVAC repairs at all LHA buildings under the control of the Authority. HVAC services include, but are not limited to, dual temp systems and refrigeration recovery, heat exchangers, evaporator coils, condensing units, ducts, vents, thermostats, reciprocating equipment, building automation controls, Unitary controls and any other HVAC related equipment. Contractor must be able to respond to piping repair of all sizes up to ten-inch
pipe, includes Victualic and welded.
