The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the 705 State Family Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with
the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.

The Project consists of: Roof Replacement: removing of existing deck and flat roof, prep and install new roof.

The work is estimated to cost $ 36,361.00. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Written Quotes will be received until 11:00 AM, May 5, 2022. All Quotes should be delivered to Lowell Housing Authority, Department of Finance and Procurement,350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854 or email to [email protected]. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed or emailed.

Contract Documents will be available at: Department of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854 or downloaded at www.lhma.org/bids. Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $0.00t per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs. The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection between at 9:00 AM on April 26, 2022.
