The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Housing Type: 705 State Family Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell Massachusetts, in accordance
with the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.

The Project consists of: Landscape & Site Drainage. Project consists of site drainage, rough grade to prep for loam and seed.

The work is estimated to cost $ 6,905.58.

Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.30B §39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H
inclusive.

Written Quotes will be received until 11:00 AM, May 5, 2022..
All Quotes should be delivered to: Lowell Housing Authority Office of Finance and Procurement, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854 and received no later than the date & time specified above.

Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed.
Contract Documents will be available at: the address listed above and also available to download at www.lhma.org/bids.

Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $0.00 per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.

The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection between at 9:00 A.M. and P.M. on April 26, 2022. Interested bidders shall meet at the front of 102-104 Grand Street.
