The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the 689Community Residence Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.

The Project consists of: Removal of existing bathtub and installation of a new shower unit with associated plumbing, accessories, et. Installation of new window until and new exhaust fan.

The work is estimated to cost $ 12,435.00.

Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49
§§26 to 27H inclusive.

Written Quotes will be received until 11:00 AM, May 6, 2022.
All Quotes should be delivered toLowell Housing Authority, Department of Finance and Procurement, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854 or email to [email protected]. Quotes may be hand delivered,
mailed or emailed.

Contract Documents will be available at:

Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $0.00t per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.

The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection between A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on April 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at 62 Colonial Ave (legally Plymouth
Street).
