Chapter 149 the Lowell Housing Authority re-invites Quotes from qualified contractors interested in providing labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to repair as needed, bathtub refinishing, wall surrounds, sinks, fiberglass shower, drains and tub stripping.
