Request for Proposals (RFP) 2019-10: The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) is looking to sell 5 units in 2 buildings within the City of Lowell. The estimated appraised total value of all properties is $603,000.00. There are current tenants within some units who will remain after the sale. The RFP is available by emailing [email protected] as of November 20, 2019.  Proposals will be accepted at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 up until Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 11AM when proposals will be publicly opened and read forthwith. All proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.  Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.
