The Lowell Housing Authority seeks a qualified, registered/licensed and insured designer engineer to provide independent building architectural and engineering services.
Stamped plans are required for any follow-on projects. Architectural and Engineering (A&E) design contractors (“Designer(s)”) will provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, mechanical and plumbing drawings (as applicable) and specifications that are generally based upon the scope of work defined on the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) documents.
