The Lowell Housing Authority is pleased to be bringing back after-school programming at North Common Village and Highland Parkway. The Housing Authority will be partnering with Kids in Tech to offer Tech Club, an interactive, STEM-friendly, program for LHA residents ages 8-14. Topics will include coding, robotics, engineering, electricity and so much more!
