The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Vendors for the Lease of Rooftop Space for Cell Phone Wireless Transmitters for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority. The Project consists of in general but is not limited to: the lease of a portion of four (4) sites for the sitting, operation and maintenance of one or more wireless communications facilities for a period of five years with a five year extension contingent upon HUD approval.
