The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from vendors to supply window and screen supplies on an as needed basis for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.
An initial one-year contract shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total bid price for all items. LHA reserves its sole option to renew this contract for two additional one-year
Bids will be received until March 7, 2023, by 11:00 AM.
All Bids should be clearly labeled and sent to: Lowell Housing Authority, 350 Moody St., Lowell, MA 01854 Attn: Dept. of Finance & Procurement, and received no later than the date and time specified above and should remain valid for forty-five (45) days from bid opening. Electronic submission of bids will not be accepted.
