The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking quotes from restoration companies that can respond to both non-emergency and emergency situations 24 hours per day. The intention of this request for quotes is to engage in a contract with a vendor who can provide the services listed below on a per event basis. These may include flood response, water damage, smoke or fire damage, sewer flooding incidents and other unexpected damage to housing authority property. Services may also include the non-construction remediation of
mold or mildew in tenant units.
