The Lowell Housing Authority’s goal is to improve communication with our residents through more effective outreach efforts with the use of technology. The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of digital signage agencywide. Digital signage will include display screens, surface mounted enclosures, a content management system (CMS) and/or device software, and ongoing customer support. The properties to be included are Highland Parkway, South Common Village, Belvidere Heights, Centralville Gardens, Concord River Mill, Francis Gatehouse, North Common Village, and City View Towers.
