The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids
from Electrical and HVAC sub-contractors for the replacement of the elevator at 227 Gorham Street project at the South Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc.
The Project consists of: Elevator upgrade, including cables, counterweights, machine, car, cab interior, and door replacement. Installation of steel access door and hardware to elevator pit.
The electrical work is estimated to cost $200,000.00; HVAC work is estimated to cost $35,000.00.
